Ms M J Cooke

Dear Sir/Madam
Based on the advice from my financial adviser, I took out an endowment plan to support my mortgage. The advisor strongly recommended that I take out an endowment mortgage over my choice of repayment. I did and still do consider that I was given bad advice.
My mortgage was taken out with the Halifax however, on 15th March 2002 I changed lenders. My lender was altered to IF - the type of mortgage being a flexible/offset loan. My details are as follows;

Term of Advance |
25 years |
First Payment made |
01/07/90 |
Capped Rate of 13.75% |
For 5 years commencing 08/06/90 |
|
|
EAS - Barclays Life |
Policy No: L2345 |
Premium |
£69.15 pm Commenced 08/06/90 for 25 years |
|
|

I look forward to receiving your reply, advising me of how to take this forward.
Yours faithfully
Ms M J Cooke
Some research via the endowment supplier and bank verify the details are correct. Ms Cooke has provided details confirming that she had no dependants at the time she took out the endowment plan and that she had sufficient life cover from death in service.
