The subtotal is calculated by comparing the Actual end balance with the Notional end balance, and the Actual surrender value with the Notional surrender value.

The redress will be the subtotal value if it is positive or 0 if the subtotal is negative (i.e. no financial loss)

If the settlement date is after the calculation date, a Redress + Interest action tab should be added for this period of time.
