Advanced Reports

 

The standard reports do offer MIS reports for cases including quantity of cases and redress offered. The advanced reports go one stage further than this, allowing the other information inside of Redress Manager® to be examined.

e)             Case filters can be applied and totalled / sorted to meet user requirements

Case Transfer

 

Export your cases so that other users of Redress Manager® may import them, removing the need to re-enter the cases. The Financial Ombudsman Service use Redress Manager® and Case Transfer and will accept cases in this format.

Mail Merge

 

Once you have prepared your case, why waste time and increase the chance of an error by re-entering figures into another document. With Mail Merge you can setup your document templates and at the push of a button Redress Manager® will print your document including redress and other information.
